Passionate about providing our customers with outstanding service and delivering exceptional results, we have sold more than $150 million in real estate over the last 15 years. The combination of our talents and strengths melded with our vast experience and real estate knowledge is what gives our customers a competitive edge when purchasing or selling a home.

Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, we purchased a second home in the Park Shore community of Naples, Florida, where we now reside full-time, so we understand the many facets involved with primary home ownership and second home ownership. With our love for the real estate business and our adoration of Southwest Florida, it is our commitment to provide you with the best experience while helping you with your real estate needs!

Jesse has an overwhelming desire to be the best whether as a classroom teacher, the coach of outstanding athletes, or an award-winning REALTOR.

Before his career in real estate, Jesse was an educator for the Baltimore County Public Schools in Maryland where he held many different positions including Health & Physical Education Teacher, Department Chairman, Athletic Director, and Coach. The aptitudes requisite in these positions – the joy of working with people, the desire to help them achieve their goals, and the ability to effectively communicate, plan, and strategize – are the ones that make Jesse a successful REALTOR today.

Having helped hundreds of people with the purchase or sale of a home, Jesse is determined to help you achieve your real estate goals.

Furthermore,  Jesse is a Resort & Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS). His specialized skills, knowledge, and insights help buyers and sellers make informed decisions about second-home properties for vacation and investment.

Jeri’s leadership, attention to detail, and constant pursuit of perfection has resulted in hundreds of positive outcomes for her buyers and sellers.

Prior to becoming a Broker Associate in Florida, Jeri was a REALTOR in Maryland where she headed a top producing real estate team.  The Hannon Group’s customers benefit greatly from her superior training, extraordinary referral network, and cutting edge industry resources.  Like Jesse, she is also a Resort & Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS).

Before her career in real estate, Jeri was an educator for the Baltimore County Public Schools in Maryland where she served as an English Teacher, Teacher Mentor, Area Specialist, and Assistant Principal.

Jeri also studied Architecture and Interior Design at the prestigious Maryland Institute College of Art.

It is the fusion of her background in education and interior design, real estate experience, and leadership ability that allows Jeri to expertly guide you through each phase of the home buying and selling processes.
